It’s the same POS as the bar, on every waiter’s phone: the same tables, the same menu and the same prices, updated instantly.
You see which tables are free and what each one has run up, add dishes by course with their notes (“no paprika”, “medium”) and, when you tap Send order, it prints in the kitchen and at the bar under your name. Then you take payment at the table: cash or card, all at once or split, with a tip.

It’s the app waiters use to take the order at the table and send it to the kitchen and the bar without paper. It used to be a handheld. Food&Service’s works on any Android phone or iPhone and on tablets, and it’s connected to the POS: what a waiter orders shows up straight away in the kitchen, at the bar and at the till.
As many as you like: order pad licences are unlimited. You add each person with their own PIN, seasonal staff included, and you never pay per user or per device.
Any Android phone or iPhone, and tablets, in the browser (Chrome, Edge or Safari) or installed as an app. For Android tablets and terminals there’s also the FYS TPV app.
No. Each waiter can use their own phone, or the venue can keep a few shared phones or tablets: the order pad locks itself and everyone logs in with their PIN.
When you tap Send order, each product prints on the printer assigned to it (drinks at the bar, food in the kitchen) or shows on the kitchen display if you have one. The printers are connected to a computer in the venue, and the phone only needs internet.
Yes. The order pad works on wifi or mobile data, and the phone doesn’t need to be on the same network as the printers: the order still prints in the kitchen and at the bar.
Yes, with each person’s permissions. There are four starting presets (Ultra safe, Normal, Supervisor and Full access) and then you adjust whatever you want: discounts, cancellations, the cash drawer or the Control Panel.

That’s Order and Pay: the guest scans the table’s QR code, orders from their phone and the order reaches you like any other. If you turn it on, they can also pay from their phone.
