It tells you what’s missing in each service.
You say how many people you need in each position for each service, and the schedule counts who you have every day. If someone’s missing, the service turns red.
You plan the week on the same POS you take payments with: it shows what each service is missing, warns you when something breaks your collective agreement, and everyone gets their shifts by WhatsApp.

Pick your kind of venue and we set up the positions, each with its own colour, and your usual shifts. Then you add each shift with one tap, repeat it on other days or copy last week in full.
One row per person and one column per day. You see who’s working, how many hours each person has against their contract, which service is short-staffed and which day is a public holiday in your town.
You say how many people you need in each position for each service, and the schedule counts who you have every day. If someone’s missing, the service turns red.
Tap the red service and it suggests who to add, with one button. If they’d go over their hours or not get enough rest, it tells you first.
Next to each person, the hours they have this week and the hours in their contract. When you add a shift you see how their week ends up before saving.
Choose your collective agreement (the ones for your region and province, plus the Workers’ Statute) and the schedule warns you about what doesn’t comply: too little rest between shifts, a long day, a shift with no break, weekly rest. It suggests how to fix it, and if your agreement allows it, you tick it and it’s on record.
Tap Send to the team and each person gets a WhatsApp with their shifts for the week, and sees them in their portal on their phone, with nothing to install. If you change something later, only the person affected gets it. And if you ask, they confirm they’ve seen them.
Each person signs in to their portal with their phone and their PIN: they see their shifts for this week and next, confirm them, ask for a change or swap with a colleague.
They see their week day by day, with public holidays and their time off, confirm it with one tap and add it to their phone’s calendar. If they need a change, they ask you from there and you see it on the schedule.
If you turn it on, whoever can’t make it offers their shift, a free colleague accepts it and you approve it on the POS, with the agreement warnings in front of you. Until then, the shift still belongs to whoever offered it.
Shifts, clock-ins and holidays live on the same POS you take orders and payments with, on the bar tablet or on the ordering app on any phone, with unlimited licences. And in Team you see who has arrived and who’s missing, shift by shift.

Totalmente recomendables. ¡Muchas gracias por vuestra atención y profesionalidad!

Me encanta.

At least 12 hours between the end of one working day and the start of the next (article 34.3 of the Workers’ Statute, Estatuto de los Trabajadores). With a split shift, it counts from the last clock-out of the day. Food&Service warns you with “Short rest” and suggests what time they should start to comply.
At most 9 ordinary hours of actual work a day, unless your collective agreement or an agreement with the workers’ representatives sets a different distribution (article 34.3 of the Workers’ Statute). Over 6 hours in a row, there must be a break of at least 15 minutes; for under-18s, 30 minutes after four and a half hours.
A day and a half without interruption, which can be accumulated over periods of up to 14 days (article 37.1 of the Workers’ Statute). Many hospitality agreements give two days. The schedule counts it with your agreement’s rules and warns you if someone is left without it.
If you distribute working time irregularly, your team must know which days and at what time they work at least five days in advance (article 34.2 of the Workers’ Statute); your agreement may require more. When you send it, Food&Service tells you how many days are left until Monday and how many your agreement asks for.
Yes. You add two blocks on the same day and the schedule adds up the hours of both. If a block ends after midnight, it’s automatically marked as ending the next day. The Workers’ Statute doesn’t limit split shifts; if your agreement sets conditions, check them with your payroll advisor.
You choose your agreement in Team > Settings: you get the ones for your region and province plus the Workers’ Statute, for all of Spain. They come with their rules (working hours, rest, breaks, holidays) and you can change them if yours are different. Check them with your payroll advisor.
No. The warnings tell you what doesn’t comply and how to fix it, but they don’t block anything. When you send a schedule with warnings, you tick “I’ve checked it: our agreement allows it” and it’s recorded who sent it and when.
By WhatsApp: each person gets their shifts for the week with a button to see them in their portal, and another to confirm them if you ask. Anyone who doesn’t want WhatsApp sees them in their portal, and for anyone without a phone, you print the schedule as a PDF.
Only the person whose shift changes gets a WhatsApp, with what has changed (“Saturday 17 is now 13:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 23:00”). Notifications go out within your venue’s window; changes for the next 24 hours go out straight away.
Yes, if you turn it on. Whoever can’t make it offers their shift from their portal, a free colleague accepts it and you approve or reject it on the POS, with the agreement warnings in front of you. Until you approve it, the shift still belongs to whoever offered it.
If you’ve said how many people you need in each service, the schedule marks it in red and suggests who can cover it: whoever is free and has hours left, whoever can extend their shift or whoever is in another position. You add them with one tap.
Yes. Your team clocks in on the same POS or from their phone, and in Team you see who has arrived and who’s missing against their shift. If someone is still clocked in after their shift, they get a reminder to clock out.
In the demo we give you your fixed price. The schedule comes on the same POS you take payments with, together with clock-ins and holidays, with no separate apps and unlimited licences.
We’ll show you how to plan your team’s week and how each person gets it, with a case like yours, and give you your fixed price, with no commitment.
