What is the demo like?

We call you within 24 hours to get to know your business. Then we show you Food&Service with what you’ll use: the floor and orders, the kitchen and takeaway orders, and your numbers. At the end we give you a fixed price.

Do I need to buy new equipment?

No. A tablet, computer or phone with internet is enough: the POS runs in the browser or in the Android app. To print receipts and kitchen tickets you need a compatible printer; if you don’t have one, you’ll find it at subscriber prices in FYS Shop.

Is there a tie-in period?

No. You can cancel whenever you like, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You stay because it pays off.

Can I keep taking payments with my card terminal?

Yes. If you take payments with your own card terminal or in cash, Food&Service keeps nothing: you record the payment in the POS. If you like, you can also have an integrated card terminal, which receives the amount from the POS and records the payment by itself.

How long does it take to get started?

With your menu, tables and till set up, you can start selling. The setup is guided and remote: we set up the menu, tables, printers and users with you, and train your team.

Starters Your floor and your orders

Your menu in the POS and your dining room on a plan, with bookings on their tables. Your team takes orders on their own phones: licences are unlimited.

Mains Kitchen and orders

Every ticket goes to its printer or to the kitchen screen. Pickup and delivery orders, and orders from Glovo and Uber Eats, come into the same POS.

Dessert Your numbers

Take a photo of the delivery note or the invoice, or send it on WhatsApp, and the AI reads it. Stock comes in by itself, every sale takes it off and you see what each dish earns you. Cash-ups and closings, always up to date.
